At Antigonish Abattoir we process livestock for retail and wholesale market customers. We are committed to offering only local, fresh, and quality products and to supporting our local agricultural market.
In addition to our wide selection of cuts we offer the services for custom cutting and pig roasting as well.
We offer our customers the local market the ability to bring their hog and/or lamb livestock to us and we will slaughter and prepare your cuts upon request.
